FRP cooling towers are corrosion-resistant, high-strength, light-weight, small in size, small in footprint, beautiful and durable, and are more convenient for transportation, equipment and repair. The circular counter-flow FRP cooling tower adopts the counter-flow gas heat exchange technology, and the filler adopts the modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate to disperse the water spraying area. Reliable, durable and easy to install.

Structure

(1) Tower body: reasonable profile, stable airflow, excellent raw materials, bright colors, anti-ultraviolet agent in the outer gel coat resin, aging resistance, high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. The lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage, and active water supply pipes according to the order requirements. Water can be directly absorbed from here, eliminating the need for cooling pools. There is an anti-noise and muffler pad on it, which effectively reduces the sound of dripping water.
(2) Filler: The modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate is selected, and the convex ribs are added horizontally. The water redistribution ability is strong, the resistance is small, the thermal performance is good, the high temperature is 70 degrees, the low temperature is -50 degrees, and the flame retardancy is good.
(3) Rotary water distributor and water distribution pipe: equipped with stainless steel ball bearings, the work is flexible and reliable, the water head is low, and the water distribution is uniform. Phenomenon.
(4) Fan: Low noise, fan, aluminum alloy plate airfoil or glass fiber reinforced plastic blade, designed by the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University according to a series of cooling tower parameters, with low noise and high efficiency.
(5) Motor: Based on the size of the Y-type series equipment, the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University designed a low-noise and energy-saving motor for the cooling tower, with good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency and low noise.
(6) Deceleration equipment: Polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission is selected, which is resistant to high temperature, high efficiency, does not stretch when exposed to water, overcomes the phenomenon of slippage, and has very little noise.
(7) Sound-absorbing equipment: The ultra-low noise cooling tower adds a shield with sound-absorbing material outside the air inlet, and is equipped with sound-absorbing grilles on the upper and lower parts to achieve a large noise reduction effect. The air outlet of the upper tower body is equipped with a bell mouth shield with sound-absorbing material and a sound-absorbing grille, which reduces the noise from the fan and motor.
(8) Air inlet window: It is equipped with glass fiber reinforced plastic louvers to reduce floating water, and the airflow resistance is small. It is especially suitable for units in northern regions and those who need to use cooling towers throughout the year.
(9) Brackets: All steel brackets for fans, fillers, air inlet windows, tower bodies, etc. are installed, galvanized or painted for corrosion resistance. Fasteners are made of galvanized or stainless steel bolts.
