Bag filter is also called bag filter and bag filter. With the improvement of modern research and development technology, bag filter has become a widely used dust removal equipment, among which pulse bag filter has become the main type of bag filter. .
The dust-laden flue gas passes through the filter material of the bag filter, and the dust particles are filtered out. The filter material mainly relies on inertial collision to capture coarse-grained dust, while the capture of fine-grained dust mainly relies on diffusion and screening. The dust layer of the filter material also has a certain filtering effect.
Bag filter structure:
1. Upper box: including a liftable cover (or a fastened cover) and an air outlet.
2. Middle box: including perforated plate, access door, filter bag, keel, venturi, etc.
3. Lower box: including ash hopper, detection door, etc.
4. Blowing system: including pulse controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, blowing pipe and air bag.
Cleaning method:
1. Mechanical vibration cleaning method: The mechanical vibration cleaning method is the most primitive cleaning method. It uses a mechanical device to make the filter bag produce vertical vibration, horizontal vibration or torsional vibration to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
2. Sub-chamber back-flushing cleaning method: sub-chamber back-flushing cleaning is performed by the cleaning air flow against the direction of the filter air flow to flow the filter bag, so that the filter bag is deflated or inflated for cleaning.
3. Pulse cleaning method: Pulse jet cleaning is a method of using the short launch of compressed air to instantly blow against the filter air to the filter bag to make the dust escape from the filter bag.
The characteristics of the three cleaning methods are compared: the cleaning ability of mechanical vibration and sub-chamber backflushing is weaker than that of pulse jet cleaning, and pulse jet cleaning is more suitable for dust that is difficult to remove. Mechanical vibration cleaning and chamber backflushing can only be done after the filter bag stops filtering. Therefore, these two cleaning methods can only be used for intermittently working dust collectors, or adding a part of the reserve filter bag, and the chambers take turns cleaning. Pulse cleaning does not necessarily need to be cleaned when the filtration is stopped. The dust collector using pulse cleaning can handle the flue gas with high dust concentration.
