Performance principle of FRP desulfurization tower

1. High temperature resistance: FRP flue gas purifiers (desulfurization dust collectors) are all made of modified high temperature resistant FRP materials. Ordinary FRP products are not heat-resistant, soften at 80 °C, and volatilize at 120 °C, so they are not suitable for desulfurization and dust collectors for boilers. The heat resistance of the FRP desulfurization tower developed by our company can reach 300 ℃ instantaneously, and it can operate normally all year round at 180 ℃.

2. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength and long service life. More than ten years of practice has proved that its acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and other characteristics make its service life much higher than that of metal and granite products. The maintenance rate of mature products is almost zero in the case of operating specifications. The attenuation coefficient of polyester is generally ≥ 12 years. The FRP products developed by our company are an organic combination of polyester and other high temperature resistant materials. The aging period of this composite material can reach more than 20 years.

3. Product features: washing-type working principle, high efficiency of dust removal and desulfurization, and capture of many harmful gases. BYJ flue gas purifier integrates desulfurization and dust removal. It is a spray method. The nozzle design is unique. The glass fiber reinforced plastic spiral nozzle made of American technology is used to spray dense layers of water mist, dust and harmful gases and water mist under a certain water supply pressure. It is fully contacted, so the effect of dust removal, desulfurization, nitrogen removal and carbon black washing is greatly improved compared with other wet dust collectors. Dust removal rate ≥ 98%, sulfur dioxide removal rate ≥ 85%, flue gas Ringelmann blackness <1.

First, the hot flue gas enters the pre-scrubber and contacts with the saturated ammonium sulfate solution, the flue gas is cooled in the process, and at the same time, ammonium sulfate crystals are precipitated due to the evaporation of water in the saturated ammonium sulfate solution. The cooled flue gas enters the SO2 absorption tower through the mist eliminator. In the absorption tower, ammonia is mixed with water to form ammonia liquid. SO2 in the flue gas is absorbed here and reacts with ammonia to form ammonium sulfate. Finally, the flue gas after desulfurization is discharged into the atmosphere through a 120-meter-high chimney. Ammonium sulfate solution is sent to the pre-wash tower for recycling. The ammonium sulfate slurry in the pre-wash tower enters the dehydration system. First dewatered by a hydrocyclone, and then a centrifuge to obtain an ammonium sulfate filter cake. The supernatant recovered from the cyclone and centrifuge is returned to the pre-scrubber for recycling. The ammonium sulfate filter cake is sent to the granulation system to obtain high-value granular ammonium sulfate fertilizer, which is stored in a 50,000-ton ammonium sulfate dome storage silo before being transported by train or truck.
