FRP absorption tower structure
The acid mist purification tower is a cylindrical structure. The whole tower consists of three parts, namely liquid storage, air intake, spray, dehydration and air outlet. The acid-resistant water pump is installed on the outside and is connected with the tower inlet and outlet pipes. Installed in the spray. Working principle
The gas in the FRP absorption tower is fed by the fan, and the gas is from bottom to top. The absorption liquid is pumped into the top of the tower by the acid-resistant pump and sprayed down evenly through the liquid distribution device. Forming countercurrent absorption, the neutralized gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney after passing through the defogging section in the tower, and different acid gases are absorbed by different absorption liquids. Sodium hydroxide solution is used as the absorption and neutralizing liquid. When the solution concentration is 2-6%, the purification efficiency of hydrochloric acid mist can reach more than 98%; the purification efficiency of sulfuric acid mist can reach more than 97%; the purification efficiency of nitric acid mist can reach 90% %above. Using sodium hypochlorite solution as absorption and neutralizing liquid to purify cyanide-containing waste gas, the efficiency is over 95%.
Installation and maintenance
1. The user should carry out the concrete foundation construction according to the basic data map provided by our company. The installation surface of the foundation should be guaranteed to be on the same level.
2. When installing the fan, the sundries should be strictly prevented from falling into the fan. After the purification tower is installed, the dirt in the tower must be removed before commissioning.
3. As general FRP is flammable, it is strictly forbidden to use open flames during installation and maintenance.
4. The concentration of NaOH solution in the liquid storage tank should be kept within the range of 2-6%. When the concentration of NaOH is lower than 2%, NaOH solution must be added. The waste liquid in the liquid storage tank should be replaced according to the actual use.
5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should take rain-proof measures.
6. The glass fiber reinforced plastic purification tower must be managed by a special person. It is often checked whether the fan is running normally, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the float switch in the liquid level tank is normal, whether the concentration of NaOH solution is within the specified range, etc. If problems are found, they should be solved in time .
7. In order to ensure the liquid level in the liquid storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising and falling when the fan is switched on and off, the float water supply valve must be opened after the fan is turned on, and the float water supply valve must be closed before the fan is turned off. The static height of the liquid level should be controlled at about 650mm above the ground.
